SHELBY BOTTOM STRING BAND

"Whether waxing nostalgic about bygone days or lamenting the contemporary scourge of mountain top removal, the new-fashioned old-time music of the Shelby Bottom String Band is awash in humanity, humor and insight – all of it wrapped in a warm pocket of nimble down-home rhythms. East Nashville's best-kept, most danceable secret."

- Bill Friskics-Warren, contributor to New York Times and Washington Post

INDIA RAMEY

India Ramey is an Americana artist from Birmingham, AL. The granddaughter of a Sand Mountain bluegrass and gospel musician, India was born with music in her blood. India's sound and voice conjure classic country and with its southern gothic themes, haunting lyrics, driving rhythms and powerful vocals, "Blood Crescent Moon" tells tales from love, to loss, to revenge.

INCOGNITO CARTEL

From the USA's famous Music Row in Nashville TN, retro rock band Incognito Cartel is making waves with their jangle pop rock sound, which is heavily influenced from the great early '60s bands such as the Byrds, Hollies, Animals, and the '80s jangle pop of Tom Petty. The largely up-tempo songs are heavily flavored with jangly guitars, '60s retro keyboards, and hypnotic 2, 3, and 4 part harmonies..

KEVIN BALL AND THE BUSTERS

East Nashville Blues, Rock, and Boogie Band featuring Kevin Ball on guitar and vocals along with Harptone Muller on harps and vocals, and Joe Bidewell on keys and vocals. Winners of the 2010 Marion James Battle of the Blues Bands!

Entertainment takes place on the stage at the lower end of the park, beside the Hot Chicken Amateur Cooking Tent. Other announcements will also happen on the stage.
